So not at all, the reason that all practitioners come to Yoga and Pilates is to gain further flexibility. Yes of course, you are not restricted to only two classes a week if you would like to do more you can simply buy a third class at the rate of the Double class a week pack which is only $11 a lesson.
Most clients attend 1-2 classes a week. A benefit can be felt from one class a week, a marked improvement/benefit can be seen and felt when someone changes from 1 class to 2 classes a week. The key to really feel the benefit is to make it apart of your weekly routine no matter how many times a week you attend.
The class is not lost, you can make up the class on an alternative day any time within the same term. This provides you with flexibility to manage your time.

This depends entirely on the injury. Any acute injury would be better treated in a Pilates studio session or after physiotherapy treatment or medical rehabilitation. Where necessary a medical clearance form may be needed in order to participate in group classes.
A yoga mat is essential (3mm at least or more thick). In winter it is also good to bring a thick blanket with you for relaxation at the end of the class. Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Short shorts are not a good option for this form of exercise. In winter socks can be worn but it is good to wear socks with grip, all other footwear is removed.
A Pilates mat is essential, this is different to a Yoga mat, they are slightly thicker and more cushioned for rolling on the spine. (5mm- 12mm Pilates Mat) Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Short shorts are not a good option for this form of exercise. Yoga mats can be found almost anywhere from the discount stores to Kmart and Big W. Pilates mats can be found very cheaply from Kmart or Big W at around $12 and they are fine for weekly use. You can go for a more expensive option at Rebel Sport, Lorna Jane or any other fitness store.
